We strive to ship your products as quickly as possible. Orders are generally received 2 to 5 days from the date of your order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will order directly from the manufacturer and have the item drop shipped to your "ship to" address.

Tax Charges
Orders from any state except California pay no taxes on their purchased items.

Return Policy
We are quite confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase from GroutGetter.com. If there is any problem or concern when you receive the product, we would appreciate the opportunity to provide an acceptable solution. Simply email customerservice@groutgetter.com and give a brief explanation of your concern and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.

In the event you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to Grout Getter Company within 15 days, for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Include a copy of the invoice originally sent with the product.

The Products (Grout Colorant Kits) and (Caulkings) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Return the merchandise using United States Postal Service and mail to: Grout Getter Company, P.O. Box 1553 Morro Bay CA 93443. Return shipping must be prepaid.
